Header Image & Photos

Header Image - Mallow allows you to assign a header image, which will appear above the top navigation on your blog. You can select or remove your header image in the customize section. Then, toggle "Show Header Image" on. This Header Image will also pull from the one you chose in Settings, under "Edit Appearance", in case you already have one assigned.

To continue using the Accent Background after adding a header image in Mallow v1, you'll need to know the height of your image in pixels. Add this number to "Accent Background Position" which is set at "center 35px" by default (for example, with a height of 300px: 300 + 35 = center 335px). Make sure "Affix Accent Background" is toggled off, otherwise a blank space will appear above the accent as you scroll.

Stretch Header Image - If you'd like the header image to take up the full width of your screen, toggle "Stretch Header Image" on.

Scale Photos - Toggle this option ON to make your images in posts fill 100% of the space designed for the post (i.e. your image will be scaled to fit the width of the page). Warning: small photos may experience pixelation if you choose this option.
